RecommendedLove the experience, your classmates and all they employees at the school becomes your extended family. Prince has a great knowledge and he makes sure you understand all the training. The DPE that the school use is a great guy, it makes that stressful feeling go really fast specially when your first langue is not english. Great experience and once again I recommend the school 100%

This is truly an incredible place. Prince is very knowledgeable and knows how to share the knowledge. I have known many knowledgeable people but not everyone is good at diagnosing a student's deficiencies and properly correcting. He is good at both. I got everything I had hoped for and then some. CFI academy is a great place for anyone to get their initial instructor training. My experience: A dorm style room was available for my whole stay during training. We would attend ground school mon-sat from 9am-4pm. It was a class of 8 people (4 from my class, 4 from the previous week class and the next week 4 new students) the first week prince would give us material to go over and the previous class would give maneuver lessons and help us. While looking for a place to get my CFI Initial, CFI Academy was one of the first results to pop up. Most comments I get from my friends are, "you can complete a course to teach in so little time?", "are you sure it is safe?", "so short?" I have been to few larger flight schools during my training upto commercial. CFI Academy and Prince were highly recommended by a few friends, so I came here for my CFI initial. Great experience!! Passed on the 1st time. Learnt so much. It was interesting to see how easy Prince makes the otherwise complex topics. Highly recommended.
I've always thought that getting a CFI done was tough. I knew the national pass rate is barely 10-20% on the first attempt. I also knew that the cost of training always ended up being much higher than initial quote. But that was not the experience here at Prince's CFI Academy. It was fun, fixed cost (low), and 1st time pass. In fact, I was the last one of the group of 6 that took the checkride, and it was 100% pass on 1st try. And I am trained to the point where I can go work all by myself in my own airplane.
