Chad was excellent to work with through the entire home buying process. He explained everything in detail so there wasn't any confusion and he helped lock in a great interest rate on top of it!
I have worked with Chad and his associates on a purchase and now a refi. Started the refi through the mortgage company I was already with. Chad’s fees were 1/3 of the mortgage company with no smoke and mirrors like the mortgage company tried with me. Chad and his associates communicated with me through the whole process. I would recommend Chad to anyone looking for financing on a home especially if working from a distance. My whole process was done via phone and email.
I have now gone with Chad for a purchase and a refinance. Both times Chad was open and kept me in the loop to everything going on. Chad was great to work with and can't see myself using anyone else in the future.
