I highly recommend Chad. It was my first time buying a home. I was unaware of everything that was required. He always responded within the day of my question. He explained everything in detail and what to expect.
My husband and I had the most amazing home buying process, especially it being so new! I met Chad while in a business networking group and since then I knew I wanted to work with him. You guys can imagine the amount of questions we had, especially me about everything and not once was he unresponsive. I asked questions while it being a Saturday or Sunday, on accident, but he never pushed me to the side he answered all questions. I highly recommend him to all! Chad and his team are amazing.

When I talked to Chad he put a program together for me and said do x, y, z and I can get you approved, and he kept his word, you don’t find that very often in people these days. I mean he cared about me and really did not even know me, I can honestly said if you need a loan I would not use anybody but Chad.
Chad helped to make our home buying process really easy. He answered all of our many questions accurately and promptly. He is definitely someone we feel we can trust and would not hesitate to work with him again.
