He is the most responsive and knowledgeable loan officer I have ever worked with. I will never work with any other loan officer for as long as Chad is in the business. He took care of my loan on a second home which I didn't think I would qualify. Chad was amazing! He took care of my loan on a second home which I didn't think I would qualify. When there were obstacles, I had consider dropping the loan, but he told me that he would handle everything. Sure enough the loan was approved & he protected me from becoming frustrated, by handling all the issues surrounding the loan. He stays by his word & extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend him if you want to succeed with a new home.
