He helped me get my second mortgage and it was a much better experience than my first. He is a really good listener and tries to get you exactly what you want. Since getting out first mortgage through Chad, he has gone out of his way on more than one occasion to help me review my refinance option. It ended up being a lot of work for him for little return, but he always seems happy to help. Good guy, highly recommended.
Chad is an incredible lender. He and his team will do everything humanly possible for you. Unlike most, he will call you with an update even if there is nothing to update. If you leave a message he WILL return your call. Chad works really hard for his clients and it shows. He truly is a caring, honest and trustworthy lender! I 100% would recommend Chad!
