In a particularly challenging transaction, Chris helped us stay sane and got us across the finish line. We interacted with quite a few people (attorneys, multiple agents...), and when the dust settled, Chris really made the difference. His calm demeanor kept us focused and led to us realizing a dream of owning a lake property.
Of all the real estate professionals that we worked with in this transaction (and there were many!), Chris was far and away the most courteous, most professional, and most responsive to our needs. Micheal is an amazing realtor from start to finish. He goes the extra mile everyday to provide superior service to his clients. We have been fortunate to work with him and would recommend him to anyone. His knowledge of lake properties is outstanding. He has continued to help us along the way well after our purchase was complete. Micheal knows what customer service means and provides it to his clients daily.
Justin was very good to work with. Took the time to show us multiple places at time, because of the distance that we were coming from. Made the purchasing process very easy. Helped with getting set u with a banker & getting information on the utility companies.
Connor was extremely communicative and very responsive to any requests or additional information we asked for. He seemed to be very knowledgeable as far as the area we were looking, and once we outlined our needs and what we were looking for, had a very good eye for properties that met our needs. He was honest and transparent throughout the process. We would definitely use him again in the future.
Connor was awesome. We went to an open house he was hosting and immediately felt a connection with him. He was not pushy and listened to our situation. Over Labor Day weekend he connected us w a loan officer, showed us the house twice AND helped us submit our bid in 24 hrs time. He went above and beyond what we expected.
