We first met Sydney when we set up some showings in northern MN. We had been to two other showings and the realtors were very uninterested in introducing themselves, asking what we were looking for, etc. When we got to Sydney's showing, she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the house and we knew right then that although that particular house wasn't exactly what we were looking for, that Sydney was! Chad is by far the best in the business!! He priced the house perfectly and had an offer in the first week. He constantly kept in touch throughout the sale and made sure it closed on time. I highly recommend Chad and his team to anyone who is looking for professionalism and understanding of the market.
Jason did an awesome job. This is the second house we've sold with you guys. I think Hill City itself is a little bit of a challenge being. I worked with Jim, Chad and Jayson. All were experts in their fields, extremely professional, honest and very responsive. Much better than the competition that went through the offer based on their internal assessment (2nd walk through)...well, they dropped their offer $45k, which would've forced others into a corner to accept. Thankfully, I had Chad's Team on my side and we closed within 2 weeks! I'll definitely be reaching out for any future endeavors.

Sydney did a great job in helping us find the house we were looking for. Every time we saw something listed that spew thought we might like she promptly made arrangements for us for a viewing. She also informed us whenever she heard of a new listing that she thought we might like. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the neighborhoods and thankful for her help.
