Rowen did a great job with precise and timely communication. I felt he was very organized and appropriated prompt updates along the buying process. He was helpful in answering all our questions and accommodating to our busy schedule. We will definitely keep him in mind for future business.
Rowen and crew were great. They initially showed the property after contacting them last minute on a holiday weekend, and couldn't be more happy with their friendliness and expertise throughout the entire process from the initial showing, to the inspection and negotiation, all the way through closing. Rowen called every week with updates which was nice to keep in touch. Highly recommend!
Cooper was very good at doing the whole process he was very attentive and put alot of effort into making it a smooth process looking for our home! Responds in a very timely manner and wont leave any questions on buying a home makes you very educated on the purchase you will be making.
Rowen was a great guy to work with. I had no complaints about him and couldn't thank him enough for helping me find a home. He would always make sure to call me and update me on any new news about the house. If he wasn't calling about news on the house, he was calling a couple times a week to see how I'm doing. We first met Sydney when we set up some showings in northern MN. We had been to two other showings and the realtors were very uninterested in introducing themselves, asking what we were looking for, etc. When we got to Sydney's showing, she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the house and we knew right then that although that particular house wasn't exactly what we were looking for, that Sydney was! Chad is by far the best in the business!! He priced the house perfectly and had an offer in the first week. He constantly kept in touch throughout the sale and made sure it closed on time. I highly recommend Chad and his team to anyone who is looking for professionalism and understanding of the market.
Jason did an awesome job. This is the second house we've sold with you guys. I think Hill City itself is a little bit of a challenge being.
