I could not find the store with Google Maps so I called. The person who answered was very patient in helping me find landmarks so I could get there. Then in person he was courteous and very helpful. He explained everything carefully (not in stock, when it would be, etc). He took a lot of time to get things right and make sure I was on board. Above and beyond in customer service. 👍
