My experience at the store was phenomenal. It couldn’t be any better. However, delivery was below par. Only one delivery man was sent for delivery of over 10 furniture items. The delivery man required my help. Also, one of the pieces of furniture was dinged and scratched. My wife convinced me to just leave it alone, since it’s outside furniture.

I interacted with 3 salespersons, overall they were friendly except for 1 person who seems to not really care. Upon pickup of my furniture there was too many unknowns. I had a tonal of 7 pieces to pick up and I had to go to 3 different locations to pick these items up. Why couldn’t they just send it all to the distribution center? After confirming that all pieces were available for pick up, we ended up missing one piece and they had to deliver it to us.

We were looking for Christmas presents for our three older children, we purchased them the Giant 4 in a Row Game. I know that they will love it!
