Did not receive call about delivery window on day shipment was scheduled. So I called and was told they thought it was delivered. Told them I had not been delivered and after checking they arranged delivery later that day. Other than that everything was good.

We had an excellent buying experience at the Sunset Valley store. Store manager Ken Pool greeted us in a friendly manner, informed us of the current (Labor Day) sale, then left us to browse. He would cruise by occasionally, doing that sales person thing, asking if we were looking for anything special, and if we had questions. The sales person was very helpful in pointing out what might meet our needs and gave us lots of space to look and make a decision. He also helped us load up the furniture. The cost of what we bought was very reasonable.
