Steve took terrific care of us and the shopping experience was so much better than the other furniture outlets no pressure instead of the constant sales persons asking if that can help at Chair King your are allowed to shop and discuss the products without someone lurking over your shoulder. If you are looking for high quality outdoor furniture at a fair price don’t buy before you visit Chair King in Frisco.

Curtis Henderson helped us buy two 9' umbrellas for our son-in-law. I saw what the sale price was but I showed him the on line price from another vendor. He swiftly matched the price for me. Curtis was an excellent store manager who wanted to please the customer and have us purchase the product at Chair King. He also searched the surrounding stores to get us the color and size we wanted. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him and the store to others. Thank you, Curtis!

Karlene Chandler was wonderful to work with. She listened to my thoughts & then she showed me a couple of types of furniture while explaining my options & the different ways these items might work for me. She was very helpful. The 2 young men who delivered my furniture were great. The were efficient, timely, answered my questions and were both extremely personable & friendly! A great experience all around.
