Monthly dinner party at Chama's... Aaron was spot on with the wine (decanted an hour before I got there). Service was spot on.. everything spot on. My turn to pay and only too happy to blow a gran on the evening. Will do it again next month.
My favorite Brazillian barbeque in town. Plenty of free parking. The salad bar is amazing as are all the cuts of meat brought to your table. It is amazing to watch the efficience of the staff, truely a well oiled machine.
Lucas and the entire staff did an amazing job taking care of my family and friends. My fiancé and I were celebrating us getting our wedding license so we were looking forward to a great time with family and friends. Thank you all very much for the hospitality and great food.
Absolutely stellar dining experience. Food is delicious and fresh. Service staff is highly trained and friendly. Salad bar is to die for! Would recommend and will return. Excellent restaurant.

Excellent service, amazing food from beginning to end. Definitely a treat. If you are a wine drinker, there are so many choices to choose from. Great place for special occasions or group events. I try to go for like Father's Day, graduation or another special day. You won't be disappointed.
Chama Gaucha never disappoints. Hands down, the best Brazilian Steak House in San Antonio!
Spent a little over $100 for the two of us- I would do it again in a heartbeat. The staff was amazing; I've never had such great service anywhere. The food was delicious - so delicious, in fact, that my girlfriend kept eating after I was full! Do yourself a favor and try this place and see why it is so good!!
