I don’t usually write bad reviews unless something is really wrong. For the money we spent, I don’t feel we got the experience that we should have from such a high quality place. It started with them questioning if I had a reservation, after I mentioned it twice that it was booked on open table. We have been to Chamagaucha many times, but Sunday’s experience was not what we anticipated. Server was lacking in personality and warmth. When meat service began it took quite a while to have someone visit our table. We will go back because we truly do love Chamagaucha and hopefully the overall service will be much improved.

HAD TO WAIT WAY TO LONG FOR MEAT CHOICE. AT END I GAVE UP. MAN GAVE ME $50 GIFT CARD. BUT RATHER HAVE GOOD SERVICE

Although this was a unique presentation, "the stim" of the restaurant was too much for us! This was a Saturday night, so be ready for a wait even with a reservation. Noisy, bustling waiters, overkill on on glitz; we didn't find this a pleasurable dining experience. Albeit, the food was very good, the fine art of dining felt lost in the many distractions. All this said, this may be an excellent choice for you if these issues don't bother you.

We have always loved Chama Gaucha and it's a frequent stop for special occasions. But the quality of the meat and salad bar are not what they used to be. The salad bar options were limited and we were served cuts of meat that were inedible. Two people at our table ended up spitting out meat they couldn't stomach and for the first time, we left meat on plates because the flavor was off. I was extremely disappointed after making reservations and taking my kids the meat was not ready for at least 30 to 45 minutes after our arrival, we got the same cut of meat and only ended up with three pieces and got beyond frustrated. Tried to ask to speak with a manager, and nobody came to us and then had someone from the restaurant contact me and never heard back from them again. I would always sing praises for them but not anymore

This place is now out of my price range. There were times I just sat there with nothing on my plate. They use to come around more with meats. And it seemed like all they served was sirloin. There use to be more options with the meat choices. Didn't enjoy the visit this time.

My wife and i attended this restaurant celebrating our anniversary we had made a reservations for 9pm and didn’t get seated till 10pm.They sat us all the way in the corner of the backroom of the restaurant where we were constantly ignored and had to ask for main food and sides constantly..Overall experience was a 1 out 10 i wouldn’t recommend coming here for any special occasion. We have recieved grade A experiences at other brazillian steakhouse we thought this was goin to be the same but unfortunately they let us down
