I had no trouble with the installation. However, I did question their sales practice. I already had a competitive bid at $8,000 when my parents signed the contract for $12,000. When I contacted Champion, I had them match the offer and take $4,000 off the quote. They completed the installation in one day which was on time as scheduled. They cleaned up well after the job was complete. I had no problem with the product or installation.
We chose them for the work because we wanted to establish a relationship with a company who has been around for a long time. They completed the work in the morning and were finished by noon. They cleaned up well. I have no complaint except that the cost was a little high for a garage window. The window is good and they did a great job! Our experience with them went very well.

The job was large and they had to custom made the door and window. It did take about six weeks for them to be ready. Once they were done, they completed the work quickly and were efficient. The installers were really good, professional, and cleaned up well. The only trouble is that the patio door does lock on its own and it has locked us out of the house. Overall, my experience with them was great and I would recommend them to others without hesitation.
The job took about three months from start to finish. On two or three times they said they were coming out, they never showed. When I called and spoke with a supervisor, they showed up for the next appointment. They cleaned up very well after the work was complete. They accidentally broke a window and they replaced it for us without any trouble. Our experience with them was nice.
They completed the roof in May and the windows in June. They were punctual and cleaned up well after each job was complete. Our experience turned out pretty well.
Their price was in line with other quotes that I had received. They did a beautiful job. Everything was fine with the work.
