They did good work in a timely manner.
Upon having 3 quotes, I found the Champion to be most impressive in quality and functionality. I also was pleased with the display/examples provided as it as very thorough. The representative was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. In fact, throughout the months, he was the only one to communicate with me on the status AFTER I contacted him. I really like the doors. The doors are excellent quality. The workmen were professional and arrived in a timely fashion.
I would likely recommend Champion because of the skilled workers we had. It started with the install of siding. The neighbors even commented on the looks. I was very pleased with their attention to the attachment of siding properly. When neighbors siding buckled during the extreme heat , ours did not due to properly installed siding. These doorways will again be a display to our neighbors on the difference between proper installation and “just slap it in” jobs. Good sales presentation, all employees I enter acted with were friendly and installation crew were very friendly and completed job in a timely manner!
I liked that Champion Windows builds their own products in house with precise measurements for effective installation. They are not using any subcontractors.
I had a problem with them taking levelers. They came down an hour after they left. I then called my salesman, and he called me back, but I haven't heard from him since.
