They were pretty good at getting back to me with text messages, calls and emails.
This is the third time we have had windows or a door installed, and we keep coming back to them because we really like them!
I would likely recommend Champion to a friend. I know my neighbor has Champion Windows from early 2000 and a few of the windows need to be replaced because the seals broke. And Champion will replace. them, so my recommendation would be based upon the my experience and my neighbors that Champion will honor their warranty.

Good workmanship and quality installation
Not the most inexpensive price that was quoted from the seven companies I had checked out, but the contract was clear and not one sided. All other contracts were on the company side and against the customer. Champion also completed the job a month before their projected completion date. Great job all around. I would gladly recommend Champion to anybody.
