.Excellent. We were so pleased with the job they did, with the sub-contractors they used (for the cement work) and with everyone involved in this project. It is two years later and we are still very pleased with the final products. Their workers were skilled, prompt, and friendly. They made no mistakes; just good solid work on a major job. <br />

The service was excellent. I have already started recommending them to others. Not only did they do a great job, they worked very quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up very well after themselves. The sales representative was very knowledgeable. Having this done cut our heating bill by 2/3rds.

The salesperson gave us detailed information about the windows - brought samples and demonstrated how they worked. A person came to measure the windows. The installers were very professional and were very efficient. A supervisor checked their work. We received a follow-up call to ask about our experience. We were very pleased with Champion's staff. <br />

This is a room that we used as a breakfast room and small family room. It is an all season room but the old door panels were not insulated so we decided to have sliding windows and a sliding door installed. <br /> We called Champion, a salesman came out the next day and he was very knowledgable and we felt very comfortable with him and the company. They were wonderful and the gentleman that came out was a sales person, but he had car issues so they sent the commercial sales person and he was very knowledgable. I appreciated the flexibility and the courtesy of my time. He was efficient, didn't come in and give us a sales pitch, he got right to the point and was wonderful. We had five other people come out and we chose them because of the added feature of the coating that is put on the glass. The experience was GREAT! The in-home visit for windows was detailed and honest. The crew that came to do the work was professional, courteous, respective, and CLEAN! 13 windows took 1/2 a day. We love our new windows and would not go ANYWHERE else! The quality of the windows are the best and Champion only offers that best....you don't have an option between "levels" of windows. They did an excellent job. They were very polite and we were very pleased. They cleaned up after themselves. We had redwood trim on the house and they covered all the redwood with aluminum and did an excellent job with that as well. I'd would recommend them to anybody.
