The Champion Window installation went mostly well. There were some installation issuesbut they were fixed in a timely manner. <br /> <br /> After everything was fixed then everything was fine. Terry the quality person was exceptional. <br />

I planned on calling two companies for estimates on window replacement. But the salesman from Champion was so terrificat explaining and demonstrating his product,that I didn't bother calling anyone else! I had an event planned in June, and asked if the job could be done by then. They worked with me on my time frame and the job was complete earlier than I had planned. They did an excellent job! Their servicemen came in and cleaned up their mess, didn't stop working all day and they even came out on a Saturday! I was very very impressed wtih them and it was the first time I had used anyone like that. I intend on telling everybody!

From the estimate to the installation, every Champion employee that I came in contact with was professional, polite and knowledgeable. The price was more than the other estimates I received but I felt confident that it would be well worth the price. The difference these windows make in my home is wonderful. I can no longer hear my neighbors next door when they are closed and my energy bills have dropped significantly. What i really liked about the interaction with Champion was an honest discussion about options. Originally we were trying to replace the original windows with exact replicas and our estimator/salesman provided some other options that were significantly less expensive. In the end the windows we selected looks great, work perfectly, and I expect will last a long time. <br />

It was excellent! The staff was very friendly and professional. They were also great with following up and answering questions. The product is excellent and they made the job easy. They were one out of five people that bid on the job and were not the cheapest. The pricing was competitive but not the cheapest. I had one estimate for a lower price but the product wasn't the best.

They did a very good job installing it. It fit perfectly and we are very happy with the results. The door was beautiful and we used our existing door surround. Following the installation, we did have to do some touch up painting on the door surround.

The workers were prompt, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up each day before they left. All work was completed in a little over a week <br />

He was very pushy and persuasive in his delivery. We used another company and still have a lifetime transferable warranty which is what Champion pitched us. Our previous experience with Champion was very nice. The thing with Champion is that they measure each individual window and the price varies from window to window.
