It was the first time I had used them. It went wonderful. The workmen came on time and they cleaned up after they were done. They worked fast and I was very happy with the job done.
Responded within 24 hours when inquiring about the product. Pricing was as expected. Delivery time as estimated. Installers arrived as scheduled. New windows installed & initial appearance looked good. Afterwards found smudges on (1) section of a slider, inbetween the glass panes. Also 1 screen was puckered at the top; not even attached to the frame. Both windows, outer sides had bronze color particles hanging loose where glass & frame meet; thus white undercoating was showing thru. <br /> On 11/15/11 I reported those problems, an inspector came out viewed the problems and action was initiated to resolve these problems. They came in and got it done in 2 days. They cleaned everything up, and the windows are absolutely perfect. We had original windows from 1966. Our new windows come with a 30 year guarantee. The workers were very professional and did a great job.
They were prompt and they did quality work. They also offer a quality product.
Theywere very nice about it. They didn't pressure me whatsoever. The salesman wasn't pushy, just very informative. I am very pleased with the quality and appearance of the new windows. I'm older and didn't fully understand how the windows worked so I called them and they came out the same day to show me how to use the windows. They went out of there way to come and help me.

One is a french door (exterior) the other a front door with a screen door. They did a great job. They came and measured and crafted a custom made door. They were efficient, professional, thorough and cleaned.The best part is the continued service. We really like the fact that we can call them even for little things. They are a bit expensive but worth the expense
Patio Paul came out and gave us the estimate. They ordered them and had them made for our house. Installation followed...clean-up was excellent. Job well done, as usual. Very professional. Would use them again. <br />
