Clean the window\s so that iit is possible to match material colors and see out the window. I expected a new, shining window and what I received was far from that expectation.
What a mess!!! Took months longer than estimated and we still got windows with the wrong color
The end result was good. The weight of the triple pane windows caused 45% of the frames to crack in transit necessisitating a reorder which was a disaster. Champion's internal communication process was terrible. No proactive follow up from anyone. There is no way to get to the local office through their "contact us" information. After repeated emails and calls to the main office, the only call back I received was from a service scheduler who was friendly but had no information on ETA.
