The end result was good. The weight of the triple pane windows caused 45% of the frames to crack in transit necessisitating a reorder which was a disaster. Champion's internal communication process was terrible. No proactive follow up from anyone. There is no way to get to the local office through their "contact us" information. Windows were wrong size so a lot of additional work had to be done and I was told at my initial meeting that if any work was to be done Champion would ensure my home was returned to the condition it was in upon completion of work. I just had my house stuccoed and painted a few months ago, Champion did not complete all the work. Work a bit sloppy, nail sticking out of the wall therefore not allowing trim to sit properly so large amounts of caulk used to fill in the gaps.
