The installation process was not smooth. The initial sales person failed to accurately measure any of the windows. Our order was misplaced. The sales person left, and took knowledge with him. Job still not complete and you overcharged me 2k.
The contract was sign in October of 2024. As of today March 28, 2025 the project is still not complete. The windows where measure wrong and had to be remade. The day of installation the installer informed me that one of the sashes is broke and one will have to be reordered again. No compensation has been offered. I have taken 5 total days to dedicate to this project being complete. I have asked for a partial refund and have told that the company cannot do that.
As mentioned below, Matthew, the inspector, asked us to send pictures of scratches to Nicole Gilmore. We did and have heard nothing back.
Not a chance I would recommend you to anybody I know.
Was the wost customer service I've ever experienced.
Clean the window\s so that iit is possible to match material colors and see out the window. I expected a new, shining window and what I received was far from that expectation.
What a mess!!! Took months longer than estimated and we still got windows with the wrong color
