This company has serious concerns within its self and is functioning as a ship without a rudder. Terrible leadership on all levels at this time. Revolving door of personnel is deeply concerning.

The unpleasant experience started when Kris made a promise to us during the sales meeting that he never ended up fulfilling, all the way to the end of the installation when they left trash all over the garage and yard.

After the in home sales meeting we had a great feeling we had gone with the right company for our small three window project. However, over the following 9 months what we experienced was frustration, disappointment and the worst case of customer service we could have faced. Had I not consistently reached out to the local and corporate service teams I am positive we would still be waiting. The windows have now been installed and I have product quality concerns. My major concern is it took 5 months to get the windows for our install and when calling about them no one knew where they were or could find out.
