Poor customer service!
Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend Champion Windows, here’s why: I feel like once the company gets paid you don’t matter. We ordered 2 windows & a slider. We were told it would take up to 12 weeks to have them made & installed. No problem communication was great on that part. We actually received a call early to have the windows installed GREAT news! I will NOT recommend Champion, in fact I tell everyone who asks that I was NOT happy. I signed the Sales contract in July 2023 & the order was not completed as per the contract until May 2024. This was absolutely unacceptable. My request for concession of last payment of $1704 because of the duration of time it took to correctly fill the order was ignored. Delivery took 2 months longer than promised. Communication from Champion windows was poor at best
Rushed installation, left caulking, tube caps, and screws in our driveway. Did not wash the windows and had to have multiple technicians come back out. Four windows are damaged and need to be replaced.
One wdo rec'd at the warehouse broken and not reordered. It was installed in my house broken on January 25, 2024. This wdo is still broken and supposed to be on order for the third time!! One wdo blew out the day after installation, is still broken and supposed to be on order for the third time.
