This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. It was horrible I was told it would take approximately 4 months but it took 8 months and 4 days. They destroyed my sod by leaving a pile of dirt in my yard for 5 months and now got to wait until spring time to replace my sod.
I've had two unpleasant experiences with window installation at Champion. The first installation the crew left a mess, including glass in my driveway. The second installation Champion didn't send the right crew for the job. Additionally, the installation crew left my brand new windows filthy. My new windows should not be dirtier than my old ones. For what Champion charges for their product they need to do better. I have more windows to purchase and likely will not give them more business.
almost half a year later and we're STILL waiting on Day 1 replacements, and our siding is STILL damaged. decent windows, TERRIBLE customer relations.
Company is not honest
I liked my salesman. I did not like the installers.
