Didn't seem very well organized and didn't communicate clearly to me what needed to get done and what order it needed to be done in.
Too many communication issue. Office will not return phone calls or follow up as they promised.
I would have neve used Champion Windows if I knew it would take 15 months from order to completion.
Cannot get ahold of office without jumping through all kinds of hoops. The windows are ok but the hassle for them as not worth it. The installer left all kinds of sharp items that our dogs could have gotten to.
I am not very likely to recommend Champion Windows of Colorado Springs to a friend because it was a pretty rough experience. The sales rep that we talked to sold us the windows and promised to be our point of contact, and then we never heard from him again. We were supposed to have installation on a Saturday, and it got moved from 9 to 12 to 3, and when 3:15 comes around the installer says they aren't showing up, and they'll come Monday.
