The windows are fine, IF/WHEN they ever get installed. Customer service is non-existent
We ordered our windows and doors in January and the job is still not complete yet!!!
Horrible experience.
At this point I am only giving a 2 point rating because I am still waiting on a follow up call from the service manager for issues with our new windows installed in 9/9/22. They are short staffed and don’t have the staff to help the customer quickly.
This was the most grueling process I've ever done with any company. First, the consultation took way longer than necessary. There was no expectation that it was going to take hours for a sales person to give us a pitch when we made an appointment for an estimate. Then there was installation. The gentleman that did the install did great, but the communication around it was AWFUL!! The installation manager quoted 2 days, it took 5.
