We looked at many options before we selected Champion, and we are very happy with our new sunroom.
The install crew was fast and very professonal.
The sales person was very friendly & personable but not pushy at all. She was knowledgeable & spoke confidently about the product. The windows have performed admirably, are so easy to open & close & have made a huge difference in reducing the outside noise & dust in the house.
Great salesman, very knowledgeable, kept me informed on installation, great group of guys when installing the windows.
How quick the install process was
The sales presentation was very informative. Though it seemed like ages before the door was installed, I loved it! Champion sent text throughout the process and provided answers to my questions timely.
I would recommend the installation team, but the sales team, especially the manager Aaron, was a nightmare and full of lies just to make a sale.
I can better answer this question with a ten at such time that the replacement glass insert is installed.
