The biggest thing I like is the quality of the windows and frames how everything seals. But I also had very good customer service from the sale all the way through the installation.

We had a great installer. Owen did an exceptional job for us.
Very disappointed that I had to wait 4 months for my windows due to manufacturing issues and all I received was “thanks for being so patience”.

The entire process with Champion was exceptional. From sales, to installation to financing. All on the same page, responsive and excellent quality of work. Highly recommend
the entire process was handled seamlessly, on time, & excellent communication from Champion
Customer service was excellent. Everybody that I dealt with personally was very professional and polite. Everyone listened very closely to what I was asking and delivered 100%. The measuring team even came out twice just to make sure that they had all measurements correct before starting the production process. I feel as though everyone at Champion took care of my project as if it was going to be in their own home.
