My order was made in August. The salesman advised it would take 12 weeks due to the color choice. My windows were installed in January, 5 months later, after several inquires on my part for the status and my door was installed in March. I understand issues, errors, and shipping delays happen my concern is no communication from the company on the status changes throughout the process.
