The quality of their windows are awesome, the double hung concept is wonderful! The first thing I noticed when they installed the windows was the barrier that cut down on the heat coming through. The second thing I notices was when the installers finished and were gone was the quiteness. Their windows have cut 70% of the noise level of the outside, it is AMAZING. The installer was very professional, on time, and cleaned up as he went. He also explain how the windows operate and recommended things that I could do to improve the quality of the windows.
The customer service is fantastic, the product is fantastic and the energy savings are great. I would recommend the company to others and I am overall very satisfied. I have never met a company that was so customer oriented. We don't usually hirer contractors but they were good and I plan on using them again.
