The entire implementation was excellent. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and everyone associated with installing my 12 windows were professional and courteous!I was given detailed instructions on how my windows function and how to use them.My rooms are now not freezing when the temp drops outside and our electric bills have decreased.Best decision we made ever to have Champion Windows. They live up to all our expectations and more
The team that did the installation did a fabulous job, knew what they were doing, and cleaned up well. I just have a problem with one window, and that's because the factory didn't make the grids right. A manager came out to fix the problem, but we haven't heard back from him yet. He took pictures though.
