Overall, the installation team was great. They were very polite and professional. This main issue that I had was with the delivery of my picture window at my home. When the salesperson came to the house (July 2021), they stated 6-8 weeks for delivery. I asked that with the current supply issues, if that was still the case. They stated that since Champion does everything in house, this delivery time is still good. The windows actually ended up taking 12 weeks to arrive(Nov 2021). Everyone was very professional in their work. We knew what to expect after our salesman's explanation and the installation crew followed it up. Everything in our house was well taken care of and everything was cleaned up very well.
