So far I am pleased with the product and that is what will really drive a recommendation. The employees during the process were great, but it's the product that matters over the longer period of time.
I was promised windows to be delivered in March, but they didn't arrive until May. It was how slow they were about getting them. I am happy with the windows, just not how slow they were. One of the picture windows I ordered was the wrong size. They had to send it back and make another one. They weren't very fast about getting that back to me, either.
They left debris in the yard and there were a couple of areas where the caulking could have been better.
