When we contacted Champion in September/October of last year, the gentleman who came out was informative, and once we had funds to begin the project, the gentleman was helpful. However, we recently completed the project, and we had difficulty communicating with Champion Windows in Huntsville, so we had to contact Champion Windows in Ohio to inquire about our project's status, which they didn't know. Then they would have the Huntsville branch call us. It was just a series of steps to get updates on the project.
I love my windows!!!...I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for good quality windows!!
We are completely satisfied with the end result. It took 3 months longer to get than we were told, but these are the times we currently live in.
