Every step of the process went smoothly. Will use them for future projects.
This room is wonderful, I love it. I did, however, experience a setback a few weeks ago. My sun room with Champion Windows had a completely leaky rear wall when it was pouring heavily outside. It was a mess, and due to my hectic schedule, I haven't phoned. It seriously leaked the day it rained. I don't understand that, and I believe there should be some sort of change. The patio doors are also unlocked. The patio door has a security stop installed, so it cannot slide open. Aside from that, I couldn't be happier.
The windows look nice abd were professionally installed. We chose this company because my husband had used their windows for office replacement snd they were high quality.
Overall I am satisfied with the product.
It took way too long. It took six months to install after I started paying. I had been paying for the product for 6 months before they started installing it.
Champion advised me initially of supply delays but in the long run gave me no clue as to updates or statuses of where things wrere headed.
