Our installation is still not finished- one of our windows was broken when it arrived so we are still waiting for the replacement. Also the trim pieces for 3 of our windows were the wrong size, so we are still waiting for those. It has been almost 3 months since the other windows were installed. The installers also damaged my grand piano.
