This project started off wrong in November 2023 and never recovered in May 2025. Measurements for all the windows were done wrong as a result installation in Spring 2024 was disastrous. First installation team struggled and completed 4/27 windows for the time meant to get all 27 windows done. A lot of damaged was done to the walling of the house. Good experience. Great installation. Very happy with the door. Perfect paint match on both sides and looks amazing.
We didn’t get our windows for eight months after order
To many measurement errors and first installation crew were most unprofessional, second crew was good. Last window delivered experienced a stress crack within 24 hours of installation … Champion is being responsive to this issue.
Everything was answered and presented upfront with no issues.
