I liked the pricing included installation and the warranty terms.
Too costly and rain textured window advertised as not see through is very see through.
The installation was not done properly. The doors are barely hold shut. The screen door handle is loose and they scratched my handles during installation. I’ve tried calling and am told someone will call me in a week. I want this resolved. I need a manager to come look at the lack of quality their installers did. And get it fixed.
The installation went fine. After comparing prices with a neighbor who also got in house manufacturing with a different company, prices from Champion are not worth the product. Also, after installation, we were ghosted by our sales rep. Took us a month to find out she wasn't with the company anymore. It was an absolute pain to get ANY answers from anyone. Several of our tiles from our window sill were broken, dents in our window frame. Trash left in the yard, multiple spots on window sills and siding with caulk on them. Paid for CUSTOM sized windows for our basement, $1300 PER WINDOW- only to receive generic sized windows that we were informed by the installers will require our windows to completely reframed to accommodate the smaller size of the windows.
The installer was friendly, well trained and helpful.
