We were happy with Champions sales person who presented the product and was patient as we changed our mind about the style of some of the windows in our whole house window replacement. The installers were friendly, professional, and efficient in the installation process. One window had been incorrectly measured and it took almost 3 months to have a new window manufactured and installed, which meant that the final window was not installed until December when winter and cold weather had arrived. I would recommend Champion because of how accommodating they were to our needs and for the installers who were great with communicating the process status, making sure to cover things to keep them from getting dusty and cleaning up afterwards, as well as giving us useful tips.
The quality of the window is amazing and manufactured very well. The insulation from the outside elements is amazing!
