The windows are great, but the service is very slow.
Communication was nonexistent and management acted annoyed when I requested updates for my project
When you call and leave a message, they don't return your calls.
They are excellent communicators.
Customer service has gone a long way downhill this time. Still have warranty work that hasn't been taken care of . And of course nobody has contacted me. Don't quite get the problem. They have known about this since the middle of april
