Chandler at Velocio was amazing to work with. Clear requests of what was needed to ensure quick and efficient processing of the mortgage.
Chandler was amazing! She walked us through every step of the home loan process. She was patient, kind, knowledgable. I highly recommend working with her, especially as a first-time homebuyer.
Chandler was knowledgeable, cared about my questions and always made sure I knew exactly where I was in the home buying/financing process. I greatly appreciate her!
We had been working on our credit for literal years, and the gauge wasn't moving. Our Realtor brought Chandler into the mix and she was able to run a simulator that told her what we needed to focus on. We paid off what was recommended and within a month and a half we were approved for our new home. We couldn't have done it without her.
Great service by Franke and her Team Thank you
I can’t say enough good things about my mortgage process with Chandler! From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Through all the ups and downs of the process, she was right there with me, always available to answer questions and keep me on track. I couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer, and I’m so grateful for her guidance every step of the way!
You did excellent, we appreciate you for all your help.

I want to say thank you for all your help. This was a great experience. Painless and professional. Thank you, Richard Morales
