The staff is very personable - my mom really loves it there and adjusted much quicker than expected. The room size is very comfortable. The food is iffy - some days she loves it, some days she won't eat it. Overall, we are happy with the decision.

The room is spacious and the staff is very accommodating. I love that there are daily activities and opportunities for hair care. They are continually in contact with me which reassures me when I'm not there. I also love that I can stop by to visit at any time without communicating first.

The facility was bright, spacious and clean with a section for more serious care if needed. Initial impressions across the board were favorable. However, I found the level of attention my father needed was not provided as time passed. If you have a loved one there, you must visit everyday to ensure proper care.

For the value for cost, its peace of mind and expensive. However, I would say the community feels friendly, caring and understanding. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far. It's been a great change for my mom and my dad. They are both able to thrive. one daughter's opinion

What i like most is the location and that it's a smaller group of residents than it was at the last place she was at. They could improve on being more organized, more aides to assist residents, and more activities.

Clean, basic needs facility is economical compared to more expensive nursing care facilities for more active residents. Friendly, energetic African immigrants who appreciate the opportunity to work and make an impact for end of life. Your recommendation lead us to choose this facility at time of need and worked out well.

The caregivers at Charter Senior Living are excellent but the time to get substantive responses from administration can be too lengthy.

Placed my 99 y.o. father there. He needed a smaller facility with more staff than where he had been. Initial impressions from management on down were very good. However, as time passed I found I had to be there to ensure his needs were being met. He was supposed to be on a laundry and shower schedule, but was not given this service untill I insisted they do this. What our family likes the most about Charter Senior Living is the executive director is very proactive and willing to do what it takes to resolve issues. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.
