The move in process left a lot to be desired. It took they forever to fix the broken drawer in my mom's room and the broken toilet paper holder and the cable still does not work almost two months later. I don't think much of the doctor/nurse practitioner. I asked them for a letter from the doctor to take to the social security office about a month ago and am still waiting.
