The staff is very helpful making the new residents feel at home and also make them feel if they need anything not to be afraid to ask.
What we like the most about the community is that all of the caregivers are very nice and helpful. There are a lot of activities. [name removed] seems happy there. I think it could be cleaner, but I also understand that the residents don't help with that.
[names removed] made our loved ones transfer to senior memory care seamless. They were able to answer all of our questions and provide information for bringing our loved one to Wisconsin from Florida. It was a big weight lifted off our shoulders with their help.
This is easy! I give them a 5 on everything except maybe a 3 on the food. It's okay but not great. The staff is so friendly and efficient and take great care of [name removed]. the residents are friendly too. My brother keeps saying that he really likes being there. Which is huge.
What we like the most about the community is their incredible staff and it is overall a clean facility. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.
The friend whom we convinced to go to Charter has a lot of anxiety issues, and although the apartment that she has is very similar to the apartment in an independent living facility that she left, there are still issues. Perhaps because of staff turnover, it has been difficult for her to get a regular shower schedule, and to get advance notice of when that will happen. They could have more activities, and I wish my loved one could eat in the assisted living side as I think the food may be better. My loved one still has her wits about her. She is cognitive unlike most of the ones in memory care.
My brother was warmly welcomed into the community and he’s receiving the care he needs. He has significant health conditions and the staff is taking good care of him. He has repeatedly told me that he’s happy there and is glad he made the move to this community.

Problems with lack of staff. No notification if scheduled shower or laundry is unavailable. I wait and finally give up.
