My experience at Charter is mixed bag. Starters the location is perfect and common areas are cleaned, but the rooms were not getting cleaned once a week as promised, they still are not. The facility had a great group of people talking care of mom and that was important. However they have issues keeping caregivers and med techs so people are often over worked or not there and then my mom's care suffers. My aunt has been bed bound since February. The first facility she went to after leaving the hospital didn't really encourage her to get out of her room, they just left her in her room. With Charter, my aunt was in the dining room within the first week. She enjoys playing bingo and being able to me more social.

The owners of the facility only do these kinds of facilities. They have remodeled this entire facility. What they have done exceeds over half of the nine facilities I visited. It is so wonderful now one of the people from another facility came here and is now working here. Name it, they have it, and some.

Staff has been exceptional!! They are always attentive and willing to assist in any way needed. The facility is always clean and offer some good looking meals! My family is so glad to have our loved one here and she seems happy as well.
My loved one is a resident at Charter of Vinings. The staff is great! They are all welcoming and helpful each step of the way. I had a tight turnaround from selection of the facility to move in and they helped make the process easier. Communication with the family could be a little better. We had some minor issues getting some forms completed. would recommend Charter of Vinings because of its cleanliness, amazing staff and value. It's a great environment for your loved one to thrive!
The main reason we chose Charter of Vinings over other facilities that we looked into was because of the certified nursing professional that they have on their staff. The room sizes in memory care here are great! I would highly recommend Charter of Vinings to others. The staff cares so much about your loved ones.
My mother was a resident at Charter of Vinings. I think that the staffing and food could both be improved. The staff was friendly and most of them were helpful. The facility is out dated, but they are beginning a renovation. Overall, I would recommend this facility if this was near a family member.
