Liked the smaller # of resdents in the memory-care wing. Felt it would be a better fit for my mom. Did not like the fact that they if we signed papers that day, they would make us pro-rate the last few days of Dec and then start payng in full in Jan even though we are not ready to move her in. Did not feel they showed willingness to work with us on timing. It was all bottom-line driven for them. No issue with the facility. Staff fully enaged with residents in memory-care wing. High down payment but monthly price was good.
Liked the facility. Over all good impression.

Terrible experience. The facility was without adequate air conditioning for an extended period, which was extremely concerning, especially for vulnerable residents. My loved one eventually had to be taken to the emergency room and has remained hospitalized since then. She was severely dehydrated and developed a bedsore during this time. I'm actually considering moving her again. We're pretty unhappy with our experience Dirty laundry is often found in the floor in her room, long periods of time with out her being checked for incontinence, medication is not given crushed as needed per doctors orders. She is dressed improperly. She has been to the hospital several times since admission

Honestly, we as distant family only hear from our resident via telephone and what other family that can and do visit frequently, tell us. It seems that there is several issues that have arisen and have been reported First, snack items, and soft drinks being stolen from our residents closet. Secondly, some issues with a few staff, unfriendly with a less than chipper demeanor Thirdly, laundry going days and days upon days without being washed .when questioned about this staff remarked they were out of laundry detergent!!!! I wish the residents rooms were cleaned a little more often. It seems as though the floors are not always clean. Recently my family member was hospitalized and when he was discharged, we expected his facility to pick him up. We were informed that they no longer provide transportation service outside of activities. That was not previously communicated. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Residents in memory care served cold food. Found my mother without pants on in common area around men & women! Found my mother in her room dirty on several occasions. Found scrapes ,scratches & bruises on her arms. Locked her in her room to keep others out, so they said. Moved her as soon as I could. Pls do not place ur loved one at this horrible location.
