[name removed], my mom's primary caretaker, is amazing. My mom's room is beautiful, with a lot of sunlight. [name removed], my mom's nurse from Traditions Hospice is also great. I would recommend it to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

It's gotten better with the new administration. Prior to that the scores would have been lower. The phone situation at the end of December and early January was totally mishandled! Families could not get in touch with their loved ones. It really didn't feel like the was any urgency to get this situation resolved.

These things stuck out over other places. Location close to us. Quality of the rooms. Prices fluctuate with different levels of care needed. Prices were more affordable compared to other facilities. Nursing staff report being generally happy with their job and with the facility, even though they are understaffed. Responsiveness by a few administrative staff has been inconsistent. The staff are super, very caring and helpful. You can tell they really care. A couple went in together and bought my Aunt a Birthday gift. They seem to go out of their way to accommodate my Aunt.

The situation: my LO was only there about 10 days. During that time they experienced falling but it took them a day or so to hospitalize them. They had a stroke, that they never recovered from. They were not returned to Charter. Charter asks the families not to visit for 30 days, so we have no idea what day to day activities were like or the meals. Everyone was friendly.

All of the staff know my loved one by name and always speaks. The activities are great. The facility is very nice and the transition has been very smooth. The communication has been good.

It is great so far. The facility is clean, modern, well maintained and very pleasant. It seems like staff are engaged with the residents, always sitting with them and talking. As opposed to residents sitting on their own while staff are engaged with their cell phones. I have access (the door code) to come and go on my own. We picked this community because of the price and the looks of the facility.

Comments - very caring and the small facility means the staff knows the residents. Downside: constant turnover of managers and team leads, I don't think any were in place more than 3 months. Except the cook who is their best asset.

My loved one and us received the absolute best care the kindness and compassion Charter and all their staff showed us for almost 2 years is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Best place ever. Can't thank you enough for leading us there. Such a blessing. You have a wonderful company and staff.
