Consistently understaffed to the point of being probably illegal. Some days there would be one dedicated person with med techs and front staff having to fill in. Consequently the 15 or 16 residents weren't cleaned properly, sat in their soiled clothing and some getting bedsores. Residents' rooms weren't cleaned properly, rarely mopped. Kitchen cabinets looked nasty and sticky. I don't think they were cleaned once in the five weeks we were there. Carpet was filthy. The trash was taken out frequently.
