My loved one and us received the absolute best care the kindness and compassion Charter and all their staff showed us for almost 2 years is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Best place ever. Can't thank you enough for leading us there. Such a blessing. You have a wonderful company and staff.

My Aunt came to Charter several months ago, in search of a caring environment. She had lived for three years at another Senior living facility. She was always complaining about the staff and food. Since coming to Charter she has become a much happier person. She talks highly of the staff and love her room. She enjoys sitting out in the court yard enjoying the weather. We have been very pleased having moved my mother-in-law into assisted living with Charter in Williamsburg. Although they are short staffed, like all facilities are, they do make the effort to have high quality care and a friendly attitude. The food is very good, the accommodations are very nice, much like a good hotel. And we find that the staff works with us very well, answering questions, making suggestions, being very attentive to anything we need.

The residents are treated with respect and care. Communications are inconsistent at times. The staff is wonderful and caring. The move in was easy. The food is good and plentiful. I would recommend CSL.

I highly recommend Charter Senior Living of Williamsburg. The staff has made my mother feel welcomed and well cared for. They smoothed her transition from a previous facility to Charter Senior Living, doing an excellent job of minimizing her anxiety. They care and it shows. I feel very fortunate to have found Charter Senior Living of Williamsburg.
It was our first choice. It was a convient location. It was awesome. The staff was great. It was an older facility.

We knew it was the right fit the moment we walked in. There is no odor all all when you walk in the facility. They did get a new director and he is very nice. I know all of the staff and they are great, I have had no complaints what so ever. The quality of care is excellent. My mom can be a handful and they never skip a beat.
