My grandma has lived here 4 years and every time I come to visit the place looks clean. [name removed] [name removed] [name removed] and [name removed] are so nice and sweet!

Our tour at Pacifica Chino Hills was okay. The facility was fine. The biggest factor for us was location, and it was just a little bit farther out than we preferred.

We came to the facility for a tour for our mother. Administration was very knowledgeable and the living facility was very clean and nice. Based on the tour we made a deposit for a room.
I love this place. My mom is not too thrilled with it. She is not comfortable and does not know people. Her mind will not allow her to be comfortable. I know she is cared for well and I love coming & having dinner with her.

Wonderful facility! Everyone is nice and truly great from touring the facility to move in. [name removed] went above and beyond! This community was fine when my loved one was there for assisted living. We needed memory care and they did not have any openings at the time that we needed it.
