Im done with old brooklyn chipotle the customer service is horrible...
Usually order from pleasant valley but we were going that way. Ordered online. Wasn't ready when we arrive 5 mins past pickup. Portions were horrible, I paid almost 20 bucks for half orders. This place smells like a sewer exploded. Never again, would rather drive 10 more minutes than go there again, lost my business and anyone I know that lives in this area.
Everytime i order online it's never ready, made wrong, cold as fuck and twice now found hair in my food
Order was not correct and they skipped on the ingredients..

They're scared to put some food in the bowls...I kept asking for more more more and they looking at me like I was asking for free food
No longer coming to this location. It is sad that the past 4 times I went to this location that the staff is complaining about this and that in front of customers.
Will never return to this chipotle, the employees are rude, ordered online yet waited 20 minutes even after I got there even though there was 1 person in front of me because the people couldn't read the receipt and made the wrong thing then seemed to get mad when I corrected them as to what was wrong and then got an attitude when I did this. Place went downhill. Ordered online like normal. Get there and they act like i dont know my name. Then takes 20 min to get my food when its not busy.
